Tl- the contact owns a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds a loud clunking noise was present when turning in either direction and when pressing the brakes to stop the front end of the vehicle would experience severe shaking and vibration. The vehicle was taken to lone star Chevrolet located at 18900 northwest pwy, jersey village. , TX who diagnosed that the ball joints and control arm was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired and the failures were remedied. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The contact was concern that while driving the vehicle would loose control and crash.
