The contact owns a 2009 Chevrolet Hhr. The contact stated that the latches inside the vehicle failed to operate due to part of the assembly in the door panel fracturing. The contact mentioned that the doors would not open from the inside and the windows were required to be opened in order to open the door from the outside. The failure recurred on numerous occasions.
