1 Anti-theft Devices problem

Failure Date: 06/14/2014

This is an update to file# 10597005 you already have the information about our 2010 chevy Hhr, electrical issues, and about things shutting down before the new ignition switch was installed. And I informed you that the air bag warning light came on after the new switch was in, making it very dangerous to drive. On the week of June 10th, 2014, I informed you that we were left with no car for a day and a half, because serra Chevrolet in southfield, michigan was too backed up. Like they have been since the recall. Update, as of today, June 18th, 2014: 1. The airbag fuse was missing. The airbag light still comes on, periodically as well as the anti-theft light. 2. On June 14th, 2014, my husband edwin was stranded and had to be towed because of the new keys to the ignition switch, stopped working and the car would not start. Once home, after being towed, our son, suggested trying the other key. And it worked. Something is wrong with the brand new keys. We are here, wondering, when will the second key go out, stop working while driving etc. !!! 3. We need to take the car in. But we were told that because we just got a notice about the power steering, that it's best to wait until we bring that in for that. But. . Once again, the parts are not in!!!!! gm need to take this car back, or give us something else to drive until it can be fixed. We do not feel safe at all!!!!! thank you. 2 Anti-theft Devices problem

Failure Date: 06/29/2013

Key fob is inoperable except for the locate car option. Unable to lock/unlock doors or arm security system. Got a new battery and thought that might fix it, but it's still inoperable. This car is barely 6 years old and it should not be having all of these problems. This car that was rated with one of the highest safety ratings for it's type and that is why I purchased it. Now I cannot even arm the anti-theft device to safeguard my car and anything in it. Windows don't roll down, door handles break off, the electrical system is not reporting the correct information, the steering is locking up and the previously recalled ignition switch is not performing correctly.
