Two problems related to tank assembly have been reported for the 1998 Chevrolet K2500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The fuel tank collapsed and cracked causing fuel to leak from the tank. Nkm.
After driving for only a few minutes consumer heard a sound coming from the fuel tank once the engine was shut off. Vehicle was serviced, and the problem was due to cracks on the fuel tank.
