The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet K2500 pickup truck. While driving 5 mph the vehicle shifted into neutral gear while it was in drive. He then tried to shift gears and was unable to do so. The engine was revving after he tried to change gears and within a few minutes, he was able to continue driving normally. The dealer was contacted and stated that the warranty expired and made no repairs to the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired by another mechanic at the owners expense.
