Two problems related to front suspension upper ball joint have been reported for the 1997 Chevrolet K3500. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Rivets to the upper ball joints snapped off, causing right wheel to blow out.
Rivets holding the ball joint to the upper control arm snapped.
