One problem related to crankcase (pcv) has been reported for the 1996 Chevrolet Lumina. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer noticed a smell coming from underneath the hood. When lifted hood noticed that the antifreeze went into crankcase or engine block. Mixed with oil, and it smelled like vehicle was overheated. Dealership stated that head gasket blewout.
