Rear brake wheel cylinder is leaking brake fluid, causing safety hazard.
Rear wheel cylinder failed twice, causing unequal brake pressure. One cylinder lasted 1 1/2 year, and replacement part lasted only 2 1/2 year. Please provide further information.
