Three problems related to front suspension strut have been reported for the 1998 Chevrolet Lumina. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle shimmies and makes a loud noise. Dealer has repaired/ replaced struts five times. Consumer stated that bearings and struts needed to be replaced.
Front struts failed causing knocking under when going over bumps.
Front struts failed.
