One problem related to tire tread/belt has been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Lumina. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
On August 28, 2005 the left front tire on my vehicle suffered a major tread separation. The ongoing attempt to resolve this problem with the cooper tire and rubber company of findlay, ohio, is disturbing to say the least. It is my understanding that your agency wishes to know of these situations.
