Failure Date: 10/25/2003

Purchased remote control door lock on 10/10/03 from walmart. Was locking door and activated the remote control for vehicle's door. Remote control caused trailer lights to short out after hooking trailer to vehicle. There was a fuse blown, and vehicle had caught on fire. Had taken vehicle to dealership, where remote control was disconnected. Incident was caused on 10/25/03.
