Two problems related to gasoline engine have been reported for the 1998 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer states that while driving and no warning when pressing on the gas pedal it will boggle down causing it to be hard for the consumer to control the vehicle. Dealer notified. Mr consumer stated that pcm, oxygen sensor and wires around the knock sensor replaced as a cause, but the problem still exist.
