Two problems related to horn assembly have been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Consumer must pound or hit horn button very hard in order for it to sound, causing a safety hazard. Consumer cannot alert other drivers if necessary.
Horn buttons are too small and to hard to press, causing a safety hazard. Dealer cannot fix defect.
