We have had this problem since the car was approx. 6 months old. The engine cradle has been changed and the problem has returned. It has been to the service dept. 4 times and they just keep us on a waiting list. The problem is in the steering. When you turn the steering wheel to the left or right , you get a banging or loud creaking noise.
