Driver's restraint does not retract back into retractor. Dealer has repaired restraint seven times, but problem has reoccurred. Please provide additional information.
The drivers seat belt failed to retract, allowing the latch plate to turn, the narrow side towards the seat back and in turn the wide side to the door, in the area of the cover of the air bag cover, when the door closed, a hole was made in the door panel and also the side of the seat back at the air bag cover.
