The contact stated that while driving at 25 mph, the check engine light illuminated and half of the airbag was exposed on the passengers side when the vehicle was purchased. The failure recurred on multiple occasions. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer and was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
