The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired under NHTSA campaign number: 14v400000 (electrical system); however, it took several attempts to start the vehicle. The failure recurred on several occasions. Months later, the vehicle would no longer start. The contact called a locksmith to unlock the ignition switch. The ignition was unlocked; however, it took several attempts to start the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown. The contact also received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 15v201000 (engine and engine cooling); however, the part to do the repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure pertaining to the engine recall. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
