Two problems related to tire blowout have been reported for the 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The most recently reported issues are listed below. Driving approximately 65 mph on highway. Driver front tire blew out. Lost control of vehicle, left the road onto the shoulder. Sidewall of tire blown out again. This is the second tire I have had this happen to in the last 2 months. In both cases the side wall has blown out.
Driving approximately at 65 mph on highway when rear passenger tire blew out. Goodyear wrangler lt265/75r16. The sidewall was blown out and I had to replace the tire.
