When I try and use my left turn signal the hazard lights turn on!! read numerous instances of this problem online with no solutions! a gentleman online referred me to turn this in to you(NHTSA. Gov). The problem is ongoing!!.

The check engine light is on and the oil reader is all the way to the right and while driving on the highway the reduced speed warning comes on the the engine reduces speed and cannot go over 30 in a 30 mile radius it has done this to me 4 times just this morning to work.
3 of the 6 exhaust manifold bolts have broken off on left side ,2 on the right side . I now have the exhaust ticking sound and on occasion get exhaust smell inside cab. I noticed the first broken bolt at approx 55000 miles. I now have 112000 miles.
The 2003 Silverado 1500 short bed pu u-joints keep going out. Have replaced them atleast 6 times. Pu had 30,000 when purchased in 2006. There has to be something in the build of the pu that is causing this problem, don't matter what kind of tires I put on the pu it has a vibration all the time. The vibration could be whats causing the u-joints to go out. I have had 10 ply tires on it for off road use and now I'm running highway tires and still have the vibration, so I don't think it has to do with the tires it's more of a design in build problem rether than a mechanical problem I think.
The truck was parked on the driveway at home and on July 29, 2014 I wanted to drive it to a store and could not turn the key in the ignition. The ignition switch did not work anymore. The truck only has 93000 miles and in the past 8 years and we did not drive it every day. Many days and weeks was just parked. Therefore, the ignition switch does not have so much usage.
I was extremely lucky because I had just gotten off the freeway and was pulling into the parking lot of the auction that I was attending. When I heard a noise I parked the truck and looked back to see a woman rolling a tire towards me. She said you lost your tire. Sure enough the tire along with the mechanism that drops and raises the tire came off the frame. I`m so glad it happened in the parking lot and not on the free way.
When brakes are applied at temperatures <32 degrees and pavement is wet or snowcovered, ice build-up stops the brakes from working. I have had too many close calls going through red lights or almost rear-ending other vehicles.

Complete speedometer failure after off and on problems on my 2003 Chevrolet silverado pickup. Cannot be inspected now and it costs too much for out of pocket -825. 00 to fix it.
