Cracked cylinder head and engine. This allows antifreeze coolant to mix in with the oil in the engine and goes through the exhaulst, this also gums up the oil parts in the engine and requires new cylinder heads to be installed or engine replaced. I just recently was made aware that the general motors is aware of this problem with there engines. And also was made aware that the general motors has since fixed this problem after 2007, because this is not a problem that could cause death it is not listed as a recall. This problem is not made aware to the consumer but is published in techinal service bulletins. This is known problem by general motors. It is going to cost between $2500 to $5000 to repair.
