Windshield wipers and washer fluid come on without notice. There is no specific time of the day, number of miles driven in a day or any warnings this will happen. It also does not repeat itself on a regular basis. It has happened 4 times in less than a year on my truck. I have not carried it back to my dealer because it is so sporadic.
