Tl the contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. While driving and making a right turn, the contact heard an abnormal noise. She parked the vehicle and found that the front passenger side mirror had exploded. The vehicle was taken to royal Nissan Subaru (located at 3845 NY-281, cortland, NY 13045, (607) 753-9774) where the front passenger side mirror was replaced. On another occasion, while driving 40 mph, the failure recurred. The contact called the same dealer and notified them of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
