The vehicle was taken to kunes country Chevrolet-Cadillac, inc. (1231 geneva st, delavan, WI 53115) where the contact was informed that there were no defects with the vehicle. The vehicle was returned unrepaired. The failure persisted and the vehicle was taken back to the same dealer and diagnosed with a defective rotor. The contact paid for the repair out of pocket. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 7,000.
