Ignition Switch problems of the 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

The contact owns a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. While driving 5 mph and making turns, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was taken to paradise Chevrolet Cadillac (27360 ynez rd, temecula, CA 9259 (951) 699-2699) five times for the failure, but the cause of the failure could not be diagnosed or duplicated. The contact stated that the last time the failure occurred, she informed the dealer that the ignition switch would inadvertently turn to the "off" position. The dealer replaced the ignition switch, but the failure recurred four months later. The contact called the dealer once again to schedule another diagnostic appointment for 8/2/2017. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
