The truck was traveling on the interstate and the driver had to brake for heavy traffic ahead. Without reason both side airbags deployed. The airbag deployment caused the driver to veer off the interstate and onto the frontage rd. There was no impact with anything prior to airbag deployment. Luckily there was no impact after deployment either. The driver stated that he was hurt by the airbags. I rendered aid to this driver and completed a incident report.
