Headlights Bulbs problems of the 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

The contact owns a 2018 Chevrolet silverado. The contact stated while driving at undisclosed speed, at night the contact noticed that the passenger side head lights seems to be jumping a or loose from the frame which when the contact is driving and go over a a bump in the road the lights is moving making it very distraction for the contact to focus while driving. The contact pulled over to the side of the road and inspected the vehicle but could not under why the passenger side head light bulb is moving so much. The contact took the vehicle to a local dealer who inspected and replaced the head light assembly to repair the failure, however the failure persisted. The contact concern is the distraction of the light jumping up and down while driving at night which may caused an accident. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 500.
