The other vehicles were able to drive around the vehicle during the incident. The engine revved and increased to high. The driver was able to pull over safely. The check engine, traction control, parking brake, and maintenance lights were illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed and indicated that the rear end was locked, the number 5 cylinder and wire harness needed to be replaced.
