Automatic Emergency Braking problems of the 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500

I went to chevy in warwick rhode island a few months back after all my adaptive cruise control and lane departure stuff stopped working. They reset it and it was fine for a couple months and now it isn’t working again. I went there and they said that my camera is not getting enough power and they have seen so many of these problems happening with these trucks but still no recall. Was waiting to get one because there should be a recall on these if so many trucks are having issues with it.

After replacing the windshield at safelite, my lane keeping assist system and auto stop is not working.

When I bought the truck it was working fine. Went through chevy and got all the inspections done before buying the truck and it worked fine. About 2 months later my front collision automatic breaking, lane keep and assist, and automatic high berms stopped working. I’ve talked to many other silverado owners and this is happening to them too. Even when trying to reset it. With the amount of times this has happened to all these silverado’s a recall should absolutely happen because having to pay for this is crazy when it’s happening to so many vehicles.

I was traveling on highway at 70mph and all of the sudden heard and odd noise. Throttle gave up everything was dampened. Stealing and brakes did not work. Several warnings went off which I have pictures and video of all. I got to the side of highway thank god safely. I place the truck in park and the lights & warnings remained on. I turned the truck off. Waited a moment and restarted. All warnings were gone and truck acted as normal. Let me be very clear this could have been catastrophic.

Ever since I’ve own, the vehicle emergency breaking has never worked. I get all the red lights and noises and I almost ruined somebody but luckily I swerved, but the truck is never break on its own and the dealership tells me that’s the way it is you have to hit somebody first before it breaks and the other day I was driving and all kinds of service lights came on the dash the trucks are misfiring.
