The contact was able to drive the vehicle to a parking lot without causing a crash. The dealer stated that the failure was due to a separation of the wheel knuckle assembly, from the upper and lower arm, as a result of impact to the area. The contact stated that there was no impact at the time of the failure. The dealer refused to accept any further calls from the contact. The failure and current mileages were 13,300.
