The rear seatbelts retract very slowly and now most of the time not at all. Along with that they only intermittently catch when I pull hard and quick, like when in an accident. These 2 issues with the seatbelts pose a huge safety risk and I cannot put my daughter in the back seat.

Went to local gm dealer and was told it wasn't covered under warranty (reed Chevrolet in st joseph mo) I'm not able to haul my kids around in my truck causing an inconvenience.
