The rear seatbelts retract very slowly and now most of the time not at all. Along with that they only intermittently catch when I pull hard and quick, like when in an accident. These 2 issues with the seatbelts pose a huge safety risk and I cannot put my daughter in the back seat.
The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. While the contact's vehicle was stationary, a second vehicle traveling approximately 40 mph crashed into the rear of the contact's vehicle. During the crash, the driver and passenger side panel air bags did not deploy. The contact indicated that the air bag panels on both sides had separated. Rear seat belts no longer retract back into up position causing a safety issue for my kids. Started with one then the other rear seat belt became inoperable. Went to local gm dealer and was told it wasn't covered under warranty (reed Chevrolet in st joseph mo) I'm not able to haul my kids around in my truck causing an inconvenience.

Snow on the road slid off in the ditch no impact with anything was coming back out of ditch airbags deployed truck shut off.
