Front Suspension Lower Ball Joint problem #1

The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. While driving 10 mph, the driver's side wheel failed. The lower knuckle bent the lower ball joint and caused the axle to fail. The mechanic stated that they had never before seen this type of failure. The manufacturer stated that they would call the contact regarding the issue; however, he has not yet received a response. The dealer currently has the vehicle and will not release it until the contact pays for the repair work. The failure and current mileages were 88,075.

Front Suspension Wheel Bearing problem #2

Had new tires mounted on truck, technician calls me over and shows me 1/2" play in l&r front wheel bearings. There was no odd tire wear, play in steering wheel or abnormal operation on the highway at low or high speed.
