The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 3500. While driving 10 mph, the driver's side wheel failed. The lower knuckle bent the lower ball joint and caused the axle to fail. The mechanic stated that they had never before seen this type of failure. The manufacturer stated that they would call the contact regarding the issue; however, he has not yet received a response.
