The contact owns a 2017 Chevrolet Sonic. While driving 15 mph, the contact made a left turn and the front driver's side tire made an abnormal noise. There were no warning indicators illuminated. After the tire was replaced, the vehicle failed to function while turning the steering wheel without warning.
