The contact stated that the driver's and passenger's side front tires and the passenger's side rear tire had chunks of rubber detaching from the tread. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who diagnosed that the driver's and passenger's side front tires and the passenger's side rear tire needed to be replaced.
