6 Brake Disc Pads problem

I am constantly having problems with the braking system on my Tahoe. I have had a scraping sound when I first start out in the morning, and also a shake when braking, I have taken it to the dealer where I bought it two times, and he has replaced the pads, and then the drums and rotors. He said that the factory rotors were no good because they couldn't be turned so he installed after market rotors and drums. The second time. The brakes worked fine for a couple of weeks and then begun doing the same thing again.
