Two problems related to child seat have been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The harness on the child seat loosened from the back of the child s seat. Consumer turned while at a light to look at the child and determined that the harness was not secure.
Took vehicle to have tether anchors installed t child seat. Dealer used front tie down brackets after owner's manual read do not use front set of tie down brackets to install anchors. Dealer also indicated manual was wrong.
