Front Seat Recliner problems of the 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe

The contact states h has a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe. One of the 4 mounting bolts on the bottom of the driver's seat sheared off, making the seat unstable under normal usage. The contact was concern that if he was involved in an accident and the seat moved around he could lose control of the vehicle. The gm dealer told him he was on his own. The consumer noticed this a couple of months ago.

Complaint received via e-mail. My driver's seat broke while I was driving the truck. I 'm not a big person . Also the driver's door sticks while trying to open.
