Two problems related to front suspension wheel bearing have been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While traveling 70 mph right front wheel detached from the axle loosing control of the vehicle. Comsumer informed by the dealer that the wheel bearing seized up and snapped.
Wheel bearing siezed up, resulting in a fire.
