One problem related to instrument panel has been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Speedometer not working most of the time, it sticks at 30 mph when traveling 70 mph and fluctuates sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, I have spoke to several mechanics about the problem and no one knows for sure what it could be with out a high dollar fee. I searched online and found there are numerous complaints about the same problem.
