Two problems related to rear seat belt have been reported for the 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The right rear passenger seat belt would not pull out from seat bottom. As a result the seat belt could not be used. , unable to use seat belt.
Vehicle was involved in accident, the force to the side impact possibly caused the seat bracket to bend causing the seat buckle attachment bar to pop free from the holding pin, this resulted in the back seat consumer to somersault over the back seat injuring his foot. Consumer feels this is an unsafe design.
