Unable to get emergency spare tire down from underneath vehicle. Dealer and manufacturer were notified, and were unwilling to assist in this matter. Consumer stated that this is covered under warranty and the dealer and manufacturer will assist in this matter.
Factory roof rack came off while hauling lightweight kyack.
