The images projected within the side view mirror were distorting the visibility of the contact, which was a safety concern. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where they recommended the drivers side view mirror be replaced at the contacts expense. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 56,000.
