: the contact stated while driving at slow speeds making a sharp left turn the steering wheel locked and it was unable to be maneuvered to its original position. The vehicle was taken to the dealership where it was determined the power steering pump fractured. Previously before this failure the vehicle was taken to the dealership because the steering was shaking however, the contact is unaware of what parts were replaced. The dealership states both failures are not related.
