The back heater has completely failed. The dealership has told us that this is a recurring problem and gm has issued a service advisory notice. But they can not help us on the problem, now it is going to cost us over 700 dollars to repair the problem, they said that the module, the actuator and the heater doors have failed. They have to replace all the parts and it will take 4 days to fix the problem.
