He states the manual says there is no work needed until 100,000 miles. The transmission failed while attempting to accelerate. The vehicle sounded as if it was in neutral. The vehicle slammed into gear and lunged forward partially into the intersection.

Maintenance schedules show that transmission requires no servicing until 50,000, yet warranty only lasts until 36,000. Manufacturer is misrepresenting life of transmission causing unsafe conditions due to a defective product.
