Service stability light comes on and my Tahoe will not move. Brakes are holding, have replaced abs module, abs valves, all brakes and rotors, master cylinder and booster. And still, I'm having the same problem! vehicle has been to midway motors a cheverolet dealer and still no answer, and it's throwing the very same codes co131 rear dump valve failure! these problems arose after driving kids to school. Had to have vehicle towed away as it would not move even when placed in neutral. Total brake lock down!.
