A few thing is on my car I have got new battery, right hub barrier and to get left repaired! light on in care say contraction something has to do by power steering.

When we purchased our vehicle the cracks in the dash board I thought was from something else until we received a recall about the airbags and I read an article about the cracked dash problem. Please contact me about replacement of this dash. Why is there a problem with 2008 Tahoe dash board? we have a 2002 chev Tahoe and the dash is in good condition. So what is the difference? and the cracked dash board is a safety issue in many ways. So again contact gm then me and have gm authorize a local dealership in the area to fix the dash board problem. Once again we have a 2002 chev Tahoe and the dash is in perfect condition, what is the difference?, defective material used? thank you for your time, perry morris.

Front passenger seatbelt is stuck won’t expand to buckle up, when turning on right blinker the high beam lights turn on. Which is unsafe for other drivers being blinded by the bright lights. Back hatch does not operate at all, could potentially be life threatening if that was an only exit due to unexpected circumstances.

Takata recall - I have been checking on this for a year and a remedy is still not available. I was involved in an accident April 10 2017 and the Tahoe sustained significant front and rear damage while stationary. I was hit from behind by a large truck and was then pushed into the car in front of me. No airbags deployed.

Chrome on inside door handle beginning to flake and chip and cut passenger's hand when operating door handle.

The door handles on my 2008 chevy Tahoe z71 are chrome plated and have delaminated and cut my hands several times upon opening the door while stationary. I saw a recall was issued for 2007 models but never for 2008. The issue is occurring in these vehicles as well.

One of the areas of the crack was right above the air bag components on the front drivers side. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was not available. The dashboard on my chevy Tahoe is cracking. It began with one very small crack and now it has spread to the airbag compartment. The cracks have become so bad that the airbag compartment on the passenger side has begun to protrude above the surface of the dashboard.

The door handles on my Tahoe have broken off at the post in the door. This is a common occurence for this model according to the data on the internet. The plastic handle easily breaks off from the metal post over time. This is not from excessive use or force this is just a design flaw with inferior materials. Both the passenger and driver side handles have broken off. The situation just contuinued to get worse over the last year. This vehicle is garaged 90% of the time only being driven as a pleasure vehicle. The doors broke when the vehicle was parked.

Have two area on my,dash board where. Cracks are located, running from the steering to the passage side. Never use any cleaning products, just a damp towel.

The outside door handles are cheap and defective. Just replaced one and another is breaking apart. Replaced the handle at the dealer who told me they are replacing a lot of them!.

The "chrome" outside door handles broke. They are cheaply made. We are currently in need of repair for the second replacement set.

5/31/2011 driver door lock actuator failed, door would and and alarm would not set. Fixed under warranty. Rear left and front right failed within a year. Both were replaced at no charge out of warranty at 45000 miles, approx. October 23 2012, rear right lock actuator failed. Not sure how long it was not working, but the vehicle was parked and driven with the door unlocked, unknown to me. I find this to be a very unsafe condition, and with the number of complaints on this issue I'm surprised no injuries have been reported. Thefts, kids opening moving vehicle door, carjacking are all things that come to mind. Why is there no recall? clearly a safety issue, and not isolated to just a few vehicles.
