The contact was driving in snowy weather with the windshield wipers and defroster activated when the wipers began to freeze and would not clear the snow from the windshield. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where she was advised that they were unable to alter the design of the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired and no further assistance was provided. Power Window problem #2

The contact owns a 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact stated that the rear passenger window would close independently while the vehicle was shut off. The vehicle was neither diagnosed nor repaired for the failure. The contact was concerned with the window opening independently and the possibility of theft from his vehicle. He believed there to be a computer failure. The failure mileage was 2,300.
