general problems of the 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe

Tl the contact owns a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact purchased a vehicle from an independent mechanic and was informed that the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. Also, the contact stated that the steering made noises while driving various speeds and the oil gauge fluctuated while accelerating. "service traction" came on and within seconds the power steering left and the brakes seemed as if they were not working properly. Thank god there was not a lot of traffic!!
