Air Bag Not Deploy problems of the 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe

Tl- the contact owns a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe. The contact stated that while traveling an unknown rate of speed, another vehicle came out in front of the contacts vehicle and the other vehicle crashed into the contacts vehicle and none of the air bags were deployed. The vehicle was hit near the front passenger side going back towards the second row of seats in the vehicle. The driver and the four passengers sustained whip lash, did not receive medical treatment and a police report was filed. The insurance company had the body damages repaired to the vehicle but there was no diagnosis to determine the reason the air bags did not deploy. The vehicle was to be taken to an authorized dealer to further inspect if the area of impact to determine if the air bags should have deployed. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was not available. Dyd.
